Information For Parents

1. To participate in Discovery Academy the student must contact their Guidance Counselor and fill out an application.
2. Students must maintain a C or better to continue courses in Discovery Academy.
3. If students do not maintain a C or better they will be withdrawn from Discovery Academy.
4. Students may choose to withdraw from the course until 75% of the course has been delivered. A withdrawal results in a .W. on the transcript but is not calculated into the GPA.
5. Students will earn both high school and college credit while taking courses in Discovery Academy.
6. You and your child will need to attend a mandatory orientation held in late summer.
